Save the file to disk and put the disk in the computer on which you are going to install the patch. Then click on Start | Run and type in A:\apatchXXXX.exe (where XXXX is the version) or A:\hpatchXXXX.exe for the help file patch. Click OK and follow the instructions. It is always recommended that you install to the default directory.
This is not a full install. Please use only if patching the same base version i.e. 4.3.0.0 to 4.3.0.1 etc.
